Each knife from Yoshihiro is proudly crafted in Japan and meticulously made by master artisans. The knife features a traditional Japanese Wa-style handcrafted Octagonal Handle that is lightweight and ergonomically designed for seamless use. Traditional Japanese knife making values a sharp edge, which requires careful maintenance. Sharpening and honing should be done with water whetstones only. To preserve the knife's quality, it should be hand washed and dried immediately, especially after using with acidic ingredients. The knife should not be used on hard objects or frozen foods.
